Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must contact us at trendyboutiqueshopest@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Custom or made-to-order items


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and returned with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.
